Another good size yarding this week with a good showing of export cattle. Buyer attendance was good however not all processors operating. Heavy bulls sold firm to slightly easier. Bullocks and heavy heifers to kill sold well while remaining fully firm. A good supply of cows on offer with heavy cows fully firm to slightly cheaper. While medium and light weight cows showed very little change and still selling very well. Feeder cattle were in limited supply but met with strong competition selling firm to dearer in places. Weaner cattle were of mixed quality however neat, good quality pens remained firm to dearer in both sexes. Lightweight out of spec weaners sold well, however did receive a fair deduction in their classes.
