VENDOR OF THE WEEK – GRAFTON STORE SALE – 3RD SEPEMBER 2026
Mount Jackadgery Cattle Station was selected as the ‘vendor of the week’ at the Farrell McCrohon store cattle sale held at the Grafton Saleyards on Thursday September 3, 2026. The vendor offered 85 Charolais-cross calves for sale, consisting of 46 heifers and 39 steers. The heifers topped at 555.2c/kg on the back of strong on-line bidding, with all bar 1 selling on-line via Stocklive. The steers sold to a sale top of 680.2c/kg for a pen of 24 calves averaging 167.9kg and grossing $1,142.17/head. The offering was sold by Farrell McCrohon Stock and Station Agents of Ulmarra.

VENDOR OF THE WEEK – GRAFTON PRIME SALE – 25TH AUGUST 2026
Trevor and Suzyne Wingfield of Fine Flower were selected as the ‘vendor of the week’ at the Grafton prime cattle sale on Tuesday August 25th, 2026. The vendor was selected for their offering of 8 heavy Angus-cross bullocks from their iconic Clarence Gorge property. The heaviest of the bullocks was a pen of 3 which averaged 836.7kg and grossed $3,222.84/head, while the lightest of the offering was a 610kg bullock which sold for 415.2c/kg to gross $2,532.72. The offering was sold by Farrell McCrohon Stock and Station Agents of Ulmarra.


VENDOR OF WEEK – GRAFTON STORE SALE 6TH AUGUST 2026
Craig and Jim Murray of ‘Murray’s Bobcats’ were selected as the ‘vendor of the week’ at the Farrell McCrohon store cattle sale on 6th August 2026. The vendor sold 8 milk-tooth Charolais-cross steers from their fertile property along Musk Creek on the outskirts of South Grafton. The offering sold for 532.2 c/kg at an average weight of 410kg to gross the vendor $2,182.02/head. The offering was sold by Farrell McCrohen Stock and Station Agents of Ulmarra.
