VENDOR OF THE WEEK ~ FEATURE WEANER AND STORE CATTLE SALE ~ 20TH MARCH 2025

DJ & MJ Lawrence of Maclean were selected as the ‘vendor of the week’ at the Farrell McCrohon combined weaner/store cattle sale on Thursday 20th March 2025. The vendor was chosen from several worthy recipients for their highly desirable line of 53 Angus calves. The vendor proved to be a wise choice as the pen of 16 steers pictured not only topped the offering, but the entire sale as well. Averaging 277.5kg, these quality steers sold for 426.2c/kg to gross the vendor $1,182.71/head. The offering was sold by Farrell McCrohon Stock and Station Agents of Ulmarra.

ON OFFER AT OUR FEATURE WEANER AND STORE SALE THURSDAY 20TH MARCH – GRAFTON SALEYARDS

Glenlea Charolais will be offering 8 red factor stud Charolais females 5 with their 1st calves at foot others weaned ready to join. All are females registered with Charolais society
Also, on offer will be 3 rising 2-year-old black composite Charolais heifers, again registered stud females.
Also 2 black Charolais composites young cows with red factor calves at foot.
These black Charolais are a Red Charolais/Black Angus composite and are all registered with the Charolais society
These animals represent a dispersal of a small herd purchased from Glenlea Charolais in 2022/23, high quality females presented in paddock condition. Inspection highly recommended.
There will be 2 x 12-month-old polled white Charolais bulls suitable to grow out to use as sires. Offered direct by Glenlea Beef
And 4 PTIC Charolais heifers offered direct by Glenlea beef.
